Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 5 years of experience across residential to outpatient care settings. Her mission is to empower clients to overcome maladaptive eating behaviors that interfere with adequate nutrition and quality of life. Having personally navigated her own struggles with disordered eating, she pursued a Masters in Nutrition to support others in their journey to healing.
Centered around food psychology, Reclaim Nutrition Therapy aims to guide clients in the identification of how and why they make food choices. Through trigger identification, the development of effective coping strategies, and nutrition education, the Reclaim Approach empowers individuals to implement lasting behavioral changes that allow them to obtain their health and aesthetic goals.
